Well we are finally on our trip! We arrived at Brisbane International thanks to Kym who delivered us to the door. Two very excited girls, and plenty of photos later we boarded the Singapore Airlines Boeing 777.Very nice flight, the girls impressed by the "all you can eat" entertainment suite each passenger has. Charlotte was a little nervous over a couple of air "bumps" mid way, while Jacqs thought it was one great big adventure.
The Airport at Singapore is huge! So big you can't see the other end from mid-way through just one terminal. There are three terminals.
Our plane was delayed 2 hours due to tech issues, so departure was at 1.30am instead of 11.55pm local time. Singapore is 2 hours behind Brisbane. The itouchs kept the girls entertained. A very long night I suspect.

As for bumps and delays I think they are all part of international travel - welcome to the jetset!

Make sure that you are sitting Allie....I was up 1 and half hrs before sunrise...
(do I mention sun rise was at 8am still not bad though)
